How you pay

All payments go through PayPal: you never share card details with us or with the maker. Eligible purchases are covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.

If something goes wrong

If an item doesn't arrive or doesn't match its description, contact the maker first from your order page. If you get no reply within 72 hours, write to us: makers who don't respond or don't ship break platform rules and get suspended. You can also open a PayPal dispute within its terms.

Events and tickets

If a fair or experience is cancelled by the organizer, your ticket is refunded automatically. For date changes, the policy on the event page applies.

International shipping

Per-zone shipping costs are shown before you pay. Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility, per the destination country's rules.

Who Hearts Made Hub is

Hearts Made Hub is the technology intermediary running the digital space and the payment flow. The sales contract is between you and the maker or organizer. We verify the handmade authenticity of what gets published and we enforce community rules.
